Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Three HEPA filter bags, part 9597, for the Dirt Devil CV1500 central vacuum and the HP Products CV-950 and RV2000 units.

HEPA media matters more in a central vacuum bag than in a portable. The power unit is out in a garage or basement where nobody watches it, but the air going through it has come from every room in the house, and you want that dust held in the bag rather than driven on through the machine. This media holds 99.97 percent of particles down to 0.3 microns - the range that covers dust mite debris, pollen and pet dander.

Change at about two-thirds full. Central units are easy to forget precisely because you never carry them around, and a packed bag quietly costs you suction at every inlet in the house.
