We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Exhaust muffler kit for central vacuum power units, supplied in black with the hardware needed to mount it. Order as TC-MUFFLER2.

A central unit puts its motor noise out through the exhaust port, and in a finished basement, a utility room or an attached garage that is the sound you hear through the wall. The muffler fits on the exhaust and takes the hard edge off that noise. Installations that vent to the outdoors also use one to keep the discharge from carrying across a patio or into a neighbour's yard.
