Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 06-4940-66 is a 35-foot low-voltage central vacuum hose kit, sold with a set of cleaning attachments and without a power nozzle.

A low-voltage hose carries a light switch circuit down its length, letting you switch the system on and off right where you are standing, at the wand grip, rather than making a trip back to where the power unit lives. Without a power nozzle in the kit, the hose is built for straight suction cleaning on hard floors and light carpet rather than brush-roll agitation on deep pile.

Confirm your central vacuum uses a low-voltage switch hose before ordering, since not every system wires its inlets the same way.

Low-voltage hose is thinner and lighter at the handle end than a standard suction-only hose of the same length, since it carries a control wire rather than any electrical load. That keeps a 35-foot run comfortable to manage even though the switch circuit itself only ever carries a few volts.
