Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The central vacuum hose adapter (Part #06-1000-02) connects a standard central vacuum hose to Budd and Sears Kenmore wall inlets. Different central vacuum brands use slightly different inlet sizing, and this adapter bridges that gap for a snug fit. It lets you keep your existing hose while matching a Budd or Kenmore inlet.

Without the correct adapter, the hose either will not seat in the inlet or leaves an air gap that leaks and saps suction. A poor connection at the wall undermines the whole system no matter how strong the power unit is. This adapter creates a tight, airtight coupling every time.
