Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 100630 is a replacement control module for the Beam CV325 central vacuum power unit.

The control module is the switching component the power unit relies on to start and stop the motor. When it starts to fail, the symptoms are usually electrical rather than mechanical: the unit will not turn on at all, powers off in the middle of a cleaning session, or needs several tries at the switch before it responds.

Cut power to the unit at the breaker before installing the replacement module, and check the part number against your existing one, since central vacuum control components are model-specific.

Once power is confirmed and the unit still ignores the switch, the module is the next part to look at.
