Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This circuit board carries the 15A, 120V motor line inside a central vacuum power unit and switches it on the low-voltage signal sent from a wall inlet or the hose handle switch. Part ELEREL06 replaces that board as a complete assembly rather than as individual components.

A power unit that will not start at all, even though the motor spins freely when tested directly and the house wiring checks out, points to a control board that has stopped switching. Boards can fail from age, from a power surge, or simply years of relay cycles, and once one relay or trace fails the whole board is generally replaced rather than repaired piece by piece.
