Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part TFASS004 is the collar a disposable filter bag clips onto inside a central vacuum canister, formed with three notches so it keys to bags cut for a 3-notch mount. Getting the notch count right is what keeps a bag seated and sealed rather than slipping loose during use.

A bag that will not lock down, or one that leaks dust around its collar even when it looks properly seated, is more often forced onto the wrong notch pattern than actually defective. The adapter itself wears with repeated bag changes too, and enough cycles can round over the notches until even the correct bag no longer clicks into place.
