Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 50-foot non-electric hose assembly (Part #06-1101-93) replaces a worn central vacuum hose and fits most central vacuum systems, including Beam, Nutone, Electrolux, Hayden, and other standard-fit brands. It carries suction from any wall inlet to your cleaning tools.

A hose that has cracked or split leaks air along its length and leaves suction weak at the tool end. The metal end fittings on this assembly resist the cracking that plastic connectors are prone to, and the full 50-foot length reaches across large homes without unplugging and moving to another inlet. A sound hose restores strong, uninterrupted suction.
