Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Cen-Tec CT20DXQD Power Nozzle is a compatible motorized floor head that brings brush-roll agitation to central vacuum and canister systems, and it fits the Cen-Tec 4814. Its powered brush lifts embedded dirt that suction alone leaves behind in carpet.

Suction by itself cannot pull ground-in grit from carpet pile, which is why a powered nozzle matters for carpeted floors. When the old nozzle's brush stops turning or wears out, deep-cleaning ability drops off. This unit uses a geared belt drive for steady brush rotation and dependable pickup comparable to a dedicated upright.
