Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Where the wand plugs into the body on a Fuller Brush FB-EZM upright, a gasket seals that joint, and part B283-0400 is the direct replacement for it. The same seal fits the Carpet Pro CPU250 and CPU350, the Simplicity and Riccar S20EZM, and the Titan T3200.

Rubber and foam seals in this position take a permanent compression set over time, going flat or splitting at the edge. Once that happens, the joint leaks air rather than sealing it, and the failure is easy to mistake for something else: hand tools pull noticeably softer even with the floor nozzle working normally, a faint whistle can show up when the wand is connected, and fine dust may escape back out around that connection while a tool is running.
