Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part MOTOR30 is the geared motor built into the Fit All PB11 power nozzle. It drives the nozzle's brush roll rather than the suction fan back in the vacuum body, and it is sold as a standalone replacement rather than as part of a full nozzle assembly.

The same motor is listed for the Carpet Pro CPU85 and for the Oreck UK30200COM and UK30200PC power nozzles.

A nozzle motor nearing failure gives itself away with a fairly distinct set of symptoms: the brush roll turns slowly or stops while the machine still pulls air normally, a hot or burning smell coming from the nozzle housing rather than the vacuum body, a grinding sound or a rising whine, or power that cuts in and out as the nozzle moves. Check the drive belt first, since a stretched or snapped belt can produce the same slow or stalled brush roll and is a much cheaper fix.
