Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement tank cap insert assembly (Part #R13270) covers the soap and water sections of the Rainbow AquaMate VI and AquaMate III carpet extractors. It arrives complete with the insert, tube, O-ring, and seal, and replaces part #R13531. The assembly fits Rexair Rainbow E Series AM-12 AquaMate units with either one or two pedals.

Once the seal hardens, the tube cracks, or the cap no longer seats securely, solution can leak or the two tank sections can cross, leaving the extractor spraying weakly or unevenly. A complete fresh assembly restores a tight seal and proper solution delivery.

  • Fits: Rexair Rainbow E Series AM-12 AquaMate III and VI, 1 or 2 pedals
  • Part: replacement cap insert assembly with insert, tube, O-ring, and seal; replaces R13531
