Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This cam shaft (part #A023VBB0, Sharp A023VB) is a replacement part for the nozzle assembly of the Sharp EC-TU470 series. It works within the brush roll mechanism to keep the moving parts positioned and operating correctly.

A worn or cracked cam shaft can throw off the brush roll's motion, reduce cleaning effectiveness, and introduce knocking or grinding noise. Fitting a new cam shaft restores proper mechanical action so the roller performs as intended.
