Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Two small caps at either end of a ULW brushroll keep the agitator centered inside the nozzle, and part B012-2914 is that cap. Once one goes oval or splits, the roll loses its seat at that end and starts to move where it should be held, which is what turns a quiet brushroll into a noisy one.
