Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Bristle strips wear out long before the roller body they sit in, which is exactly why SEBO sells them separately. Part number 2046 is the 14 in. black strip used in the 350 MECHANICAL, the 370 range and the ET-C power head.
The strip slides into the channel running the length of the roller, so a tired set is renewed without dismantling the roller or scrapping it — the roller body, its end caps and its bearings all stay in service. On SEBO's 300 350 MECHANICAL drawing the complete roller mechanism for the 350, supplied with a strip already fitted, is position 121 under number 50471ER, and the belt that drives it is position 122. That is the sequence to check when a machine has stopped agitating: strip first, then belt, then the roller mechanism itself.
Judge strips by height rather than by how they look. Once the rows no longer stand clear of the roller surface they cannot reach into the pile, and carpet cleaning falls away well before the machine sounds any different. Length is the other thing to confirm before ordering, since SEBO catalogues brush strips in more than one size and a shorter 12 in. strip is listed separately as 50415. This one is 14 in. and fits the SEBO 350 MECHANICAL, 370 COMFORT, ELECTRONIC 370 and ET-C power heads.
