Returns & Exchanges

Wool loop, sisal and a polished hard floor all take a gentler filament better, and filament is the entire difference between 2838GE and the firmer 15 in. SEBO roller. The body, the mounting and the width are unchanged; the rows are softer.

It goes into the SEBO ESSENTIAL G2 and ESSENTIAL G5, the FELIX 2 Premium and ET-2 power heads with or without a switch — identical fitment to the firmer 2838AM, which SEBO draws at position 104 of its ET-1 / ET-2 power head sheet. The choice between the two grades therefore comes down to what is on the floor rather than what is on the machine. Households running delicate rugs, or a mix of hard floor and low pile, tend to see less yarn fuzzing from the soft grade while still getting dust knocked loose and lifted.

Fit it the way any SEBO roller goes in, and give the ends a look while the head is open: hair that has wound into a tight collar there will bind a new roller as surely as it bound the old one. Replace the roller once the bristle rows no longer stand clear of the roller body, which is the point at which they can no longer reach the base of the pile.
