Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The 13.5 inch roller brush assembly for Bissell's CleanView Swivel Pet uprights, part 1604545. It replaces the Triple Action brush roll and arrives as a complete assembly rather than a bare roller.

Pet machines punish brush rolls. Hair wraps at the end caps until the roller drags, bristles splay under load, and the first thing anyone notices is a vacuum that needs three passes over the same strip of carpet. A dragging roller also runs the belt hot, so a tired brush roll rarely arrives on its own.

It fits the CleanView Swivel and CleanView Pet machines including the 2252, 2254, 22543, 2486, 2489, 24899, 1327 and 1333. Cut the wrapped hair away from the old roller before you compare bristle height with the new one; there is usually more wear there than people expect.
