Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement carbon brush and holder assembly (Part #833300-50) fits Ametek Lamb vacuum motors including model 114787 and now ships as a two-pack. The carbon brushes ride against the armature and carry current to the spinning motor, a job that steadily wears them down.

Sparking at the motor, reduced suction, intermittent power, or a burning smell are all signs the brushes have worn short. Left too long, worn brushes damage the commutator, so replacing them in pairs protects the motor.
