Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement brush core with bearing (part #10-3507-21) fits the Dyson DC25 upright and ships pre-assembled with its bearing. The core holds the bristle rows and rotates against the carpet to lift embedded dirt.

Worn bristles let the DC25 skate over dirt, and a dry or failing bearing produces noise and drag before it locks up entirely. Replacing the core and bearing together renews both parts in one step. The dense bristle pattern brings back thorough carpet grooming and extraction.
