Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement brush core with bearing (part #10-3505-27) fits the Dyson DC24 upright and comes pre-assembled with its bearing for straightforward installation. The core is the central roller that carries the bristles and spins against the carpet.

When the bristles wear down, the vacuum glides over dirt instead of lifting it, and a failing bearing adds noise, drag, and eventually seizes the roller. Because the bearing is built in here, you renew both wear points at once. The dense bristle pattern restores aggressive carpet agitation.
