Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The brass jet tee spray fitting (spray tee #11002, Part #14-1975-03) is a replacement flow divider for commercial carpet extractor jet wands. It sits in the solution line and splits pressurized cleaning solution to multiple spray jets so coverage stays even across the wand.

Over time the tee corrodes or clogs with mineral scale and chemical residue. A restricted or pitted tee sends uneven flow to the jets, which leaves streaked cleaning and wastes solution. Threading in a fresh brass tee returns balanced pressure to every jet.
