Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This boundary strip keeps the Kenmore 31510 robot vacuum out of rooms and objects it should not reach. Laid across a doorway, in front of a water bowl, or along a stretch of loose cords, the 41-inch strip tells the robot where its cleaning area stops, the same job a physical gate would do if the robot could see and understand one.
Autonomous cleaning only works if the robot knows what to avoid, and it has no way to learn on its own that a rug tassel will jam its brush roll or that a pet's water bowl tips over easily when nudged. The strip makes that judgment call for it, so the machine can run its schedule unattended without someone rearranging the room or standing watch every time it cleans.
