Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Graphite Grey is the finish Miele chose for this configuration of the Boost CX1, a bagless canister vacuum built around Pure Suction, meaning straight suction with no motorized brush head to service or maintain over the life of the machine.
Canister vacuums built this way tend to suit homes with a mix of hard flooring and light to moderate carpet, where a powered brush head is not doing enough extra work to justify its own upkeep. The hose and wand still reach stairs, upholstery, and under furniture the way any canister does, which is where a plain upright typically struggles. The included SBD 365-3 combination floorhead switches between bare floors and low-pile carpet with a footswitch, covering hardwood, laminate, and tile alongside area rugs.
Being part of the Boost CX1 range, this Pure Suction model is bagless, so the collection bin empties straight into the trash between cleanings. If pile carpet makes up most of your home rather than a supporting role, a turbo or motorized head will generally pull more embedded dirt and pet hair than straight suction alone, so it is worth checking with us that Pure Suction is the right match before ordering.
