Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Parquet, in Miele's naming, marks a canister built around gentle handling of hardwood, laminate, and other hard flooring rather than carpet. This particular Boost CX1 Parquet, finished in Lotus White, carries that same hard-floor focus into Miele's bagless CX1 line, paired with a finish bright and clean enough to sit visibly in a room rather than get tucked into a closet.
The head Miele pairs with it is the SBB 300-3 Parquet Twister, built to avoid scratching finished wood while still lifting fine dust and grit that settles into the grain and along baseboards. That is a different job than agitating carpet pile, which is why Miele configures separate models for it instead of expecting one head to do both jobs equally well.
The bagless CX1 platform underneath keeps ownership simple regardless of which head is attached: the bin empties directly into the trash, with nothing to buy or restock between uses. If your home also has a meaningful amount of carpet or area rugs, a Parquet-focused head will not agitate that pile the way a turbo or motorized head would, so it is worth telling us your actual floor mix before ordering rather than choosing on finish color alone.
