Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Built for the 15 inch aluminum Bona mop base, this Bona Pro Series microfiber dusting pad captures fine dust and debris on bare floors ahead of washing or polishing. The soft microfiber grabs and holds particles instead of scattering them, and it will not scratch finished surfaces. It is sized to match the professional 15 inch base plate.

A dusting pad loaded with trapped grit or worn flat stops holding dust and can drag particles across the floor. Rotating in a clean pad restores full pickup so the surface is truly ready for the next step. Each pad launders and reuses more than 300 times.
