Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Bona Microplus Microfiber Mop and Pad (Part #WM710013432) is a reusable floor mop built for sealed hardwood, stone, tile, and laminate. A 53-inch telescoping handle and 360-degree swivel head let you reach under low furniture and pivot around table legs without lifting the mop.

Traditional string mops push dirty water around and can leave dulling grit behind on hard floors. This microfiber system lifts more moisture and debris into the pad instead, so floors dry cleaner and free of the fine scratches that flat cotton mops leave over time. Both included pads are machine washable and reusable.
