Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a black molded plug cover for power nozzle cord connections, sold individually as part number B350-7214B. It is listed for the Pristine, Charisma, Starbright, Verve, Cinch and Jess machines.

This piece shields the plug body at the point where a power nozzle cord plugs in. Repeated connecting and disconnecting eventually cracks the cover at its stress point, and once a fragment breaks off, the contacts are left open to dust and to whatever brushes against them while the machine sits in storage or gets moved room to room. An exposed plug is also more likely to snag on a hose or cord as the machine is put away, which is often how the crack widens into a piece falling off entirely.
