Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

CleanMax's ZM-600 ultra-lightweight upright uses a molded nozzle assembly, part D017-5014, and this is the complete housing rather than a trim panel taken off it. It is the part of the machine that meets the floor, and it is catalogued as a nozzle housing assembly rather than as an individual moulding.

Repeated bumps against baseboards, furniture legs and door thresholds are routine wear on a lightweight upright, and the nozzle is the part that takes almost all of it. Once the housing cracks, the damage is structural rather than cosmetic, and the part is sold as a complete nozzle assembly rather than as separate pieces of the housing, so the repair is a single replacement rather than a patch.
