Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This particular version carries no molded-in cord hook, which makes checking the old handle's top surface worthwhile before ordering.

A machine that winds its power cord onto a hook formed into the grip needs the hooked variant rather than this plain set. Installing the wrong one leaves the cord with no molded catch to wrap around, so it hangs loose against the shaft instead of stowing neatly for storage.
