Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Bissell calls this the autoload receiver, part 2036758: the seat the tank loads down into on the body of the machine. Research on this part number puts it across the ProHeat 2X Powersteamer uprights, 8920, 8930, 9200, 9300 and 9400 with their lettered variants, and our own fitment data extends it to the Lift-Off deep cleaners, among them the 1560, 1564, 1565, 24A4, 27F6, 66E1, 73H5, 80X9 and 94Y2.
Receivers crack where the tank latches bear on them. The crack usually announces itself as solution weeping down the back of the machine, or as a tank that no longer sits square and will not stay seated for a whole room.
Check the seal faces on the tank itself while the receiver is out. A new receiver working against an old hardened seal will still drip, and it is an easy thing to overlook once the machine is back together.
