Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the small left-side cogged belt for the Bissell ProHeat 2X deep-cleaning system, part 203-6688. Its toothed profile locks onto the drive pulley so the brush roll spins under load rather than slipping, working cleaning solution down into the carpet pile instead of riding across the top of it.

Bissell lists this belt against more than a hundred separate machine codes, among them the 8920, 8930, 9200, 9300, 9400 and 9500 series. Those codes are listed individually rather than as families, so read the number stamped on your own machine rather than going by the series alone, and if it is not one of the six above, ask us to confirm the part before you order.

A cogged belt that has glazed or stretched lets the brush roll slow or stop while suction keeps running, a common sign it is time to replace this one. Inspect the belt for a shiny, glazed surface or visible cracking along its inner edge, both early signs it is close to failing even if the brush roll still turns for now. Because a deep cleaner works wet, clear matted fibre and grit out of the belt path while the old belt is off, since anything left in there wears the new one early.
