Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a 12-ounce bottle of Bissell's Pet formula spot and stain remover, with a brush built into the cap so you can scrub directly at the spot without reaching for a separate brush.

It is meant for pet-related spots and stains on carpet, rugs, and upholstery. Apply the formula to the affected area, work it in with the brush cap, then blot up the residue with a clean cloth rather than rubbing it further into the fibers. Blot from the outer edge of the spot toward the center to keep it from spreading, and avoid soaking the area more than necessary, since excess liquid can wick down into the padding underneath.
