Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

On a canister vacuum, the powered floor nozzle uses a belt to spin its agitator brush, which loosens and lifts dirt from carpet so the canister's suction can carry it away. When the belt stretches or breaks, the brush roll stops turning and carpet cleaning falls off even though the canister still pulls air.
