Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Bissell's BG102 is a commercial upright, and its agitator takes far more hours than a household machine ever will. Part 2038334 is the replacement brush roll for it, measuring 17-1/4 inches across.

Commercial rolls fail in recognizable ways. Bristles shorten and bend until they only skim the carpet, hair and carpet thread bind up the end bearings, and the roll starts to squeal or grind on startup. Carpet that still looks dull straight after a pass, and pet hair left sitting in the pile, both point at the roll rather than at the vacuum motor.

It fits the Bissell BG102 along with the BG102DC and BG102H. Transfer the belt and end caps from the old roll, check the belt for glazing while the cover is off, and cut away wound-on hair regularly to keep the new roll turning freely.
