Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the flow indicator assembly from the Bissell Big Green range, part 1606811. It fits the 86T3 and 40M1 Big Green Clean Machines, the 10N2 commercial extractor, the 3288 and the BG10, and the Kenmore BC3060 built on the same platform.
The flow indicator is the clear section in the solution line that lets you see whether formula is actually moving. When the housing cracks or its seals give up you get solution weeping down inside the machine and air drawn into the line, which makes the spray stutter and the tank drop faster than the carpet gets wet.
It is also the part that tells you where to look next: no movement in the window while the trigger is pulled points straight at the pump or a blockage upstream. A clouded or broken indicator costs you your best diagnostic on the machine.
