Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Bissell BG1000 geared belt (Part #59-3319-00) is a replacement clutch-to-roller belt for the Bissell BG1000 commercial upright. Its teeth carry power from the clutch assembly to the brush roller, and it replaces old OEM part #85.2007.0.

A geared belt gives precise, no-slip power transfer that holds the brush at a steady speed for uniform carpet cleaning. When the teeth wear down or the belt stretches, the brush roll slows and cleaning performance drops off. Fitting a fresh geared belt returns the machine to consistent brush speed.
