Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement belt stopper holds the drive belt in its correct position on the Sharp EC-TU4607 vacuum. It keeps the belt tracking on the drive shaft so the brush roll turns steadily during use.

When the belt stopper is missing or damaged, the belt can slide off the drive shaft, and the brush roll stops spinning even though the motor still runs. If you notice the brush roll going still or hear the belt slipping, a worn stopper is a likely cause, and fitting a new one keeps the belt where it belongs.
