Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

This replacement belt for the Rexair Rainbowmate (Part #R18004) drives the brush roll that agitates carpet, and it fits the Rainbowmate R13417. The belt loops from the motor to the brush roll so the bristles turn and lift embedded dirt.

A worn or broken belt stops the brush roll from spinning, leaving dirt and debris packed into the carpet no matter how many passes you make. A brush roll that turns slower than usual is an early sign the belt has stretched. Fitting a fresh belt restores full brush-roll speed and pickup.
