Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part D475-0400 combines the belt idler and the Hall sensor in a single assembly, listed for the Riccar Brilliance and Radiance, the Simplicity Synchrony and Synergy, and carried as well under the Maytag M1200. The idler keeps the drive belt riding under load as it lengthens gradually with normal use.
The Hall sensor is the electrical half of the same part. A Hall sensor reads a magnetic field rather than touching what it measures, which is why the type turns up in drive assemblies where a mechanical switch would wear out. The two are catalogued together under one number, so the idler and the sensor are bought as one assembly rather than separately.
