Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Eureka beater bar support (part 358952) is the short end support for the VGI 12-inch brush roll. It cradles the end of the beater bar and holds it aligned in the nozzle so the roll turns on a steady axis.

When a support cracks or wears at the bearing surface, the beater bar sags and spins off-center, which leaves carpet cleaned unevenly and wears the belt and roll faster. Fitting a fresh support puts the bar back in line for smooth, balanced rotation across the full 12-inch width.
