Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement Kirby base pan sub-assembly (Part #604314S) fits the Kirby Avalir. The base pan forms the underside housing of the nozzle, protecting the internal components and maintaining the airflow path along the floor.

A cracked or damaged base pan can reduce suction and leaves internal parts exposed to dust and debris, while a warped pan unsettles the fit of the roller and belt it carries. Left unaddressed, that misalignment wears the parts around it. A sound sub-assembly restores protection and proper airflow.
