Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement back-pressure seal (part #PTPEHA004VBE0) fits the Sharp EC-12TWC. It seals a junction in the airflow path so air follows the intended route and pressure is not lost at the joint.

A hardened or torn seal lets air leak past the seam, which bleeds off back pressure and costs the vacuum suction. Fitting a fresh seal closes that gap so the machine holds its airflow and cleans at full strength.
