Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

The back motor mount from the Oreck Buster B, part 010-7455. It cradles the rear of the motor inside the housing and holds it seated and aligned.

Mounts fail with heat and age rather than wearing out mechanically. As the old one hardens and splits, the motor is free to move a little in its seat, and you hear it: a machine that has turned noisy and buzzy for no visible reason, with vibration you can feel through the body. Run like that, the motor works against its own wiring and against the mount at the other end.

A fresh mount holds the motor still again and takes a surprising amount of noise out of the machine. Check the front mount while you are inside, since the two are the same age. Confirm the part against your Buster B before installing.
