Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

One spring, two names in SEBO's own paperwork. It appears at position 120 as the axle spring in the AUTOMATIC X4/X5 breakdown, and at position 120 again as the wheel return spring in the ESSENTIAL G4/G5 breakdown. Either way it is part 2010, and its job is to load the axle so the wheel returns to its set position instead of staying wherever the last bump left it.

Springs lose tension gradually rather than failing outright, which is what makes this one so easy to miss during a service. The symptom is an axle that no longer springs back: height settings start to feel vague, the nozzle stops following the floor evenly as it moves from rug to bare boards, and the head can end up sitting lower on one side than the other. It is among the smallest components in the whole vacuum and among the most commonly skipped.

The double listing is worth understanding before ordering. SEBO calls the same component an axle spring on the AUTOMATIC sheets and a wheel return spring on the ESSENTIAL sheets, which means a search under either term should end at part 2010.
