Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

AUTOMATIC X4 Boost: features and floor care
The AUTOMATIC X4 Boost combines electronic brush-height adjustment with a selectable setting for deeper carpet agitation. Choose it when you want the vacuum to adjust its head as you move between suitable surfaces, with extra brush action available when the cleaning job calls for it.

Replace the bag when the machine indicates restricted airflow or the bag is full. Switch off and unplug before maintenance; close the bag’s sealing cap before disposal. Bags are disposable and should not be washed or reused.
Before you choose
What does Boost mean? It is a brush-agitation setting operated by the button on the cleaning head. It does not describe a bag bundle or an increase in the suction motor's wattage.
Follow your flooring manufacturer's care requirements when selecting brush height and using a rotating brush. Ask us for help with delicate rugs, unusual carpet constructions or accessory fit.
