Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Kirby Motor Shaft Locking Tool for the 1CB Omega and later models holds the motor shaft still while you loosen or torque the fan and related hardware. Locking the shaft is what lets a technician break loose or tighten fasteners without spinning the armature.

Without a way to lock the shaft, turning the fan nut can twist the armature, damage windings, or throw off the fan alignment. The dedicated tool immobilizes the shaft so each fastener seats to the right torque and the rebuild stays true.
