Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

CFR's all-purpose spotter, part 3BZ003, is the bottle that stays on the machine for a commercial carpet route, reached for on the ordinary marks that come up during a normal shift rather than one chemistry kept aside for a single kind of stain.

It ships four one-gallon jugs to the case, and buying it that way keeps per-job chemical cost down for a crew going through gallons in a normal week. A sealed jug also holds up well in storage between jobs, so a case bought ahead does not sit going stale on a shelf.
