Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part TDSTICKAFILT2 is the HEPA filter Airstream's own filter listing names for its Stick Vac+ cordless stick vacuum. It captures the fine dust and allergens the machine draws in, and a clean element is also what keeps suction consistent for longer as debris builds up in the media.

A stick vacuum has a small motor and a short airflow path compared to an upright or canister, so a loaded filter shows up quickly as weaker pickup. Fitting a new HEPA element is one of the fastest ways to bring performance back on this style of machine, and keeping a spare on hand avoids a gap in cleaning while a replacement is on order.

Rinsing a HEPA element rather than replacing it tends to shorten its life rather than extend it, since the media can tear or lose its seal against the housing. A clean replacement filter avoids that risk entirely.
