Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Trovac shapes this three-bag set of HEPA-media dust bags, part TDSACAIR300, for the AS300 canister's dust chamber, and each one seats directly into place. Trovac does not print a capacity figure for this bag, so time changes by cleaning performance rather than by a stated volume.

Canisters like the AS300 tend to get run longer between changes than they should simply because the fill window is easy to ignore, but suction falls off well before a bag looks full once the media starts to pack down. Watching cleaning performance rather than the fill window is the more reliable way to know when it is time to swap.

The HEPA media traps fine dust rather than letting it pass through to the exhaust air, so a bag left in too long does double damage: weaker suction while it is running, and fine particulate working its way back out once the media is saturated. Buying in a set of three keeps a machine used regularly from ever running on an empty box in the closet, and storing spares somewhere dry protects the bag paper and HEPA media from losing structure to moisture before the box is even opened.
