Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

AIRBELT D4 Premium: features and floor care
The AIRBELT D4 Premium is the full-size SEBO canister for covering larger areas with fewer interruptions. Its long cord and larger bag pair with an ET-1 electric powerhead and a separate parquet brush for homes with a mix of carpet and hard flooring.
